提出了一种针对孔系零件同轴度和内径尺寸的测量方案,以基准激光束建立绝对坐标系,使用多功能自定心测头作为运动测量部件来采集被测目标的参数信息,通过数据处理系统和误差补偿方法评定大距离分布孔系的内径值和同轴度误差,可以实现对大距离分布孔系内径和同轴度快速测量与高精度测量的统一,从而解决了大距离孔系零件尺寸和同轴度检测难且不易返修的问题.
Design of the Dimensions and Coaxial Tolerance of Detection System About Long Distance Distribution of Hole
It proposes a new survey system composed by laser collimators system, the self-centering measurement institution, data acquisition and processing system and the error compensation system. It builds up a absolutely coordinate system with the laser benchmark techniques, applies the self - centering measurement institutions as sports measurement to collect the target information, through the data processing system and error compensation system to get the inner diameter of the hole and the coaxial tolerance of error. This system can realize the unification of fast measure and high precision measurement, and easy to measure the size parameters and repair the long distance distribution.
