动车组车下设备吊座疲劳分析

依据IEC 61373 标准给出的轨道车辆随机振动激励,结合吊座有限元模型,基于随机振动理论及疲劳分析理论对不同吊挂频率下的吊座进行随机振动疲劳寿命仿真分析,探究不同吊挂频率下,吊座的疲劳损伤变化规律.最后对8Hz吊挂频率下的吊座进行了台架疲劳试验,验证了仿真结果的可靠性.
The fatigue analysis on the hanger of the under frame equipment of the EMU
The random vibration excitation of the hanger is the main cause of its fatigue failure.According to the random vibration excitation of rail vehicles given by the IEC 61373 standard,and combining with the finite ele-ment model of the hanger,the random vibration theory and fatigue analysis theory,the random vibration fatigue life simulation analysis under frame equipment hanger is carried out to explore the change law of the fatigue dam-age of different hanging frequencies.The experiment is carried out when the suspended frequency is 8 Hz,which verifies the reliability of the simulation results.
