汽车注塑模具加工中数控机床误差控制

针对汽车注塑模具加工过程中,空间误差未得到有效控制,导致实际应用中汽车注塑模具质量不高的问题,提出了数控机床加工汽车注塑模具时的误差控制方法.首先,建立空间误差模型分析数控机床加工汽车注塑模具时产生的误差;其次,将模具生产质量作为优化目标,将模具工艺参数作为决策变量,基于神经网络算法建立误差控制目标函数;最后,通过白鲨优化算法求解目标函数,实现误差控制.仿真结果表明,所提方法具有较高的控制精度,可降低模具加工过程中的缩痕程度,翘曲变形量始终保持在0.230 mm以下,误差控制效果好.
Error control of CNC machine tools in automobile injection mold construction processing
Aiming at the ineffective control of spatial errors in the processing of automotive injection molds,which leads to low quality of automotive injection molds in practical applications,an error control method for machining automotive injection molds with CNC machine tools is proposed.Firstly,it establishes a spatial error model to an-alyze the errors generated during the machining of automotive injection molds by CNC machine tools;Secondly,taking mold production quality as the optimization objective and mold process parameters as decision variables,an error control objective function is established based on neural network algorithms;Finally,the white shark op-timization algorithm is used to solve the objective function and achieve error control.The simulation results show that the proposed method has high control accuracy and can reduce the degree of shrinkage during mold process-ing.The warpage deformation is always kept below 0.230 mm,and the error control effect is good.
