新型配网线路主动除冰机器人设计

为了解决配网线路覆冰难以彻底清除的问题,基于"边撞边除、节能轻便、主动防护"的原则,设计了一种主动除冰机器人.基于厚度灵敏度对机器人进行了轻量化设计,并利用有限元分析验证了结构的可靠性;利用多传感器采集环境多模态的信息,设计控制策略赋予了机器人监测环境和主动适应能力.试验表明,该机器人可以高效、可靠地执行配网线路除冰工作,带来了一种劳动强度低、作业效率高、安全程度高的作业方式,推动了电力行业的智能化.
Design of a new active deicing robot for power lines
Aiming at the difficult complete removal of icing on distribution network lines,an active deicing robot is designed based on the principle of"removing while colliding,energy-saving and lightweight,and active pro-tection".The robot is lightweight designed based on thickness sensitivity,and the control strategy based on mul-tiple sensors endows the robot with environmental monitoring and active adaptation capabilities.The experiment shows that the robot can efficiently and reliably perform deicing work on distribution network lines.It brings a work method with low labor intensity,high work efficiency,and high safety level,promotes the intelligent devel-opment of the power industry.
