摘要

空间辐射探测系统以FPGA 芯片为主控芯片,在系统硬件部分设计了A/D转换器、数据在线处理模块以及LCD显示屏驱动;软件部分通过uC/GUI设计显示屏的UI界面,再移植到FPGA芯片中的Nios Ⅱ处理器内,并在Eclipse中编写相应的触摸按键及参数显示功能;最后用波形发生器和标准γ源22 Na进行测试.测试结果表明:系统顺利实现了数据在线处理的功能,能够测出不同条件下的辐射波形强度与频率;显示的波形与理想的波形相符合.

Abstract

Space radiation detection is an important requirement for space activities,and data collection is a im-portant part in space radiation detection systems,mainly including waveform digitization and online data process-ing.The system uses FPGA chip as the main control chip.An A/D converter,data online processing module,and LCD display screen driver are designed in the hardware part of the system;and in the software part of the system,the UI interface of the display screen is designed by uC/GUI,then it is ported to the Nios II processor in the FPGA chip,and corresponding touch buttons and parameter display functions are written in Eclipse.Finally,the system is tested with waveform generator and γ radiation source.The test results show that the system suc-cessfully realizes the function of data online processing,and can measure the intensity and frequency of radiation waveform under different conditions;the displayed waveform is consistent with the ideal waveform.
