环境温度对车架式起落架动态着陆影响分析

针对起落架着陆性能分析缺乏定量考虑环境温度影响的问题,以某飞机车架式起落架为研究对象,构建了考虑环境温度影响的着陆动力学分析模型,进行了多个工况下全尺寸落震试验与仿真数据对比分析,试验与仿真结果一致性较好,时域曲线峰值与周期变化吻合度高.对比分析了不同环境温度下车架式起落架动态着陆载荷与位移,结果表明:环境温度影响了主缓冲器、辅助缓冲器、轮胎等力学性能,环境温度每上升20℃空气弹簧力增加约8%,但同时会带来油液阻尼力的降低.在同一着陆撞击时刻,空气弹簧力的增加量与油液阻尼力降低量会相互抵消,使得车架式起落架在不同环境温度下维持整体着陆性能稳定.
Analysis on the ambient temperature influence to tricycle-type landing gear impact
The shock absorber performance of landing gears is been influenced by ambient temperatures while tak-ing-off or landing in different airfields.It builds the dynamic model of tricycle-type landing-gear with tem-perature effect for some aircraft and simulates the landing characteristics in the required cases.The results of simulation tally well with the full scale drop test results both in time domain peaks and period variation.Compari-son of landing loads and displacements at different temperatures shows that environment temperature will affect characteristics of main buffer,pitch damper and tire,while gas spring force gains 8%per 20℃temperature in-crease whereas oil damper force decreases.It means that the temperature influence to the gas spring force and oil damper force will counteract,which stabilizes the overall landing performance of tricycle-type landing-gear at different environment temperatures.
