老人跌倒辅助坐起装置的设计和开发

为了解决老人独自在家因意外跌倒而无法自行坐起问题,设计开发了一种老人跌倒辅助坐起装置.首先介绍装置的机械结构组成,主要包括抬升行走机构、椅背传递机构和椅背升降机构;然后设计装置的控制系统,主要包括语音识别及行走控制电路、电容检测及抬升控制电路、椅背传递及升降控制电路,以及系统控制流程;最后完成装置的实物模拟搭建和实验验证.实验结果表明,当老人跌倒后可以先通过语音遥控辅助坐起装置到身边,然后在语音和触摸电容等控制下借助辅助坐起装置实现身体由平躺地面到席地而坐,再到离地而坐的姿态变化,满足独居老人跌倒后自助坐起需求.
Design and development of assistive sit-up device for an old people after a fall
In order to solve the problem that the old people cannot sit up by themselves due to accidental falls at home alone,an assistive sit-up device is designed and developed.First,the mechanical structure of the device is introduced,which mainly includes the lifting and walking mechanism,the seatback transfer mechanism and the seatback lifting mechanism.Then,the control system of the device is introduced,which mainly includes the design of speech recognition and walking control circuit,capacitance detection and lifting control circuit,seat back transmission and lifting control circuit,and system control process.Finally,the physical simulation and ex-perimental verification of the device are completed.The experimental results show that when an old people fall,the assistive device can first automatically move to his side through voice control.Then,with the help of the de-vice mechanism and under the control of voice and touch capacitive,the old people's body posture changes from"lying on the ground"to"sit on the ground",and then to"sitting off the ground",which satisfies the function of self-help assistance to sit up after a fall of the elderly living alone.
