基于全局系统的混凝土泵车功率匹配研究

为降低混凝土泵车的能量损失,针对混凝土泵车发动机燃油消耗率和变量泵效率提出一种节能控制策略.首先利用台架试验数据分别建立发动机燃油消耗率模型和变量泵效率模型,针对以节能为驱动的全局系统功率匹配进行控制策略研究.然后在策略中采用基于遗传算法的全局动力系统节能参数匹配方案,合理设置分动箱速比,以全局系统的经济性为优化目标,通过合理调节发动机转速和变量泵排量两项参数,使发动机和变量泵能够同时工作在经济区.仿真结果表明,新型控制策略燃油消耗率有效降低,节能效果明显,对混凝土泵车的节能技术研究具有积极意义.
Research on power matching of concrete pump truck based on global system
In order to reduce the energy consumption loss of concrete pump truck,an energy saving control strate-gy is proposed for the fuel consumption rate of engine and variable pump efficiency of concrete pump truck.The models of engine fuel consumption rate and variable pump efficiency are established based on the bench test da-ta,and the control strategy of global system power matching driven by energy saving is studied.In the strategy,the energy saving parameter matching scheme of the global power system based on genetic algorithm is adopted,the speed ratio of the transmission box is set reasonably,the economy of the global system is taken as the optimi-zation objective,and the engine speed and the variable pump displacement are adjusted reasonably,so that the engine and the variable pump can work in the economic zone at the same time.The simulation results show that the new control strategy effectively reduces the comprehensive fuel consumption and has obvious energy-saving effect,which has positive significance for the research of energy-saving technology of concrete pump truck.
