Research on extracting stevioside by HZ818 resin and its analysis
The stevioside, s extraction adopted the macroporous adsorption resin of HZ818 in this paper, through the ion exchange resin of stevioside desalting and decoloring, then the activated carbon decoloring, finally the spray drying can get high content and total nucleoside color to white stevioside.
