摘要

本文采用了大孔吸附树脂HZ818对甜菊糖苷进行了吸附,洗脱,通过离子交换树脂对甜菊糖苷进行了脱盐,脱色,再经活性炭脱色,最后经喷雾干燥就可以得到总苷含量较高且颜色为白色的甜菊糖苷产品,并确定了其最佳提取工艺和研究分析方法。

Abstract

The stevioside, s extraction adopted the macroporous adsorption resin of HZ818 in this paper, through the ion exchange resin of stevioside desalting and decoloring, then the activated carbon decoloring, finally the spray drying can get high content and total nucleoside color to white stevioside. An ideal practical technological process and analysis were obtained
