摘要
以橘子为原料,用卡拉胶、软糖粉复配型胶凝剂生产橘子果糕,所得产品色泽透明,风味优良,有较好的咬劲。
Abstract
Taking oranges as materials, orange fruitcake was produced with carrageenan, Soft sweets powder complex gel. The manufactured goods have special flavour, transparent colour and luster, and possess fairly good biting strength.
