以鱼糜制品为研究对象，在不同贮藏温度（0℃、5℃、15℃、25℃），对鱼丸的TBA值变化情况进行研究，并以TBA值判断不同贮藏温度下鱼丸的货架期终点。研究发现货架期预测模型回归方程y=166．52e－0．0512x（R^2=0．99295），可对不同温度保藏下的鱼糜制品货架期进行预测。
TBA model for surimi shelf life predicting
methods： TBA model was used in tempura self-life predicting. TBA, under different storingtemperature （O℃, 5℃, 15℃, 25℃） was investigated with the sensory evaluation as the indictator.conclution： y=166.52e^-0.0512x （R^2=0.99295） can be used in Tempura shelf life predicting.
