疏松砂岩油藏用化学稳砂剂室内性能评价

评价了功能聚合物型稳砂体系的性能,分析了稳砂机理.静态评价结果表明:功能聚合物黏度低,0.2%的聚合物黏度为15.8 mPa·s;和空白组对比,0.1%稳砂液处理后的石英砂粒径中值达到131.8 μm,提高3倍以上;动态评价结果表明:0.1%稳砂液处理石英砂后,出砂临界流速提高到8 mL/min,同时当注水排量达到20 mL/min时,填砂管出砂率为0.027%,稳砂效果好.
LABORATORY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF CHEMICAL SAND STABILIZING AGENTS FOR UNCONSOLIDATED SANDSTONE RESERVOIR
A functional polymer based sand stabilization system was evaluated,and the mechanism of sand stabilization of this polymer was also analyzed.The static evaluation results indicate that the vis-cosity of the functional polymer is low,and 0.2%polymer viscosity is 15.8 mPa·s,Compared with the blank group,the median particle size of quartz sand treated with 0.1%sand stabilization fluid rea-ches 131.8 μm,an increase of three times.The dynamic evaluation experimental results show that af-ter treating quartz sand with 0.1%sand stabilization fluid,the critical sand flow rate is increased to 8 mL/min.At the same time,when the water injection rate reaches 20 mL/min,the sand production rate of the sand filling tube is 0.027%,and the sand stabilization effect is good.
