新型纳米渗吸剂性能评价及应用

采用乳化法制备了一种新型纳米渗吸剂,对其粒径、表界面张力、耐温性、抗吸附性能、润湿接触角性能进行了评价.结果表明:新型纳米渗吸剂在储层表面可发生润湿性反转,平均粒径小于40 nm;在质量分数大于0.3%时,表面张力小于27 mN/m,界面张力小于0.1 mN/m,抗吸附能力强,在20~180 ℃范围内界面张力变化小.在一定范围内,随着矿化度增加,自渗吸采收率提高.一次水驱后,纳米渗吸剂可提高采收率9.7%,现场应用效果良好.
EVALUATION AND APPLICATION OF NOVEL NANO IMBIBITION AGENT
A new nano imbibition agent was prepared by emulsification method.The particle size,sur-face interfacial tension,temperature resistance,adsorption resistance and wetting contact angle of the new nano imbibition agent were evaluated.The results showed that the average particle size of the new nano imbibition agent was less than 40 nm,the concentration was greater than 0.3%,the surface tension was less than 27 mN/m,and the interfacial tension was less than 0.1 mN/m,and it had ex-tremely strong anti-adsorption properties.The interfacial tension of the nano imbibition agent does not change significantly within the temperature range of 20-150℃.The static self-imbibition results show that the recovery rate of self-imbibition increases with the increase of salinity in a certain range.The dynamic displacement experiments show that the recovery rate of nano-imbibition agent can in-crease by 9.7%after a primary water drive,the field application effect is good.
