低温油井控水防砂一体化材料研究及应用

针对弱胶结地层出砂和采出液高含水相互影响的问题,开发了低温油井控水防砂一体化材料.室内实验结果表明,该控水防砂材料在30~80 ℃范围内,固结体抗压强度维持在4~7 MPa之间,清水在其表面接触角为86°,油相渗透率达到4~5 μm2以上,水相渗透率仅为1~2 μm2.现场应用6井次,工艺成功率100%,在不影响产油量的前提下,油井产出液含水率降低5%~13.1%,控水防砂周期达到200 d以上,具有良好的控水防砂一体化效果.
RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF INTEGRATED MATERIALS FOR WATER CONTROL AND SAND CONTROL IN LOW TEMPERATURE OIL WELLS
A water control and sand control integrated material for low-temperature oil well has been developed based on the concepts of artificial wellbore,neutral wetting,and flow regulator to address the mutual influence between sand production and high water content in weakly cemented formations.Laboratory studies have shown that the water and sand control material maintains a compressive strength of 4-7 MPa for the consolidated body within the temperature range of 30-80℃.The con-tact angle of clean water on its surface is 86°,and the oil phase permeability reaches over 4-5 μm2,while the water phase permeability is only 1-2 μm2.On site application of this water and sand con-trol integrated material was carried out 6 times,with a 100%success rate of the process.On the premise of not affecting oil production,the water content of the oil well produced fluid is reduced by 5%to 13.1%,and the water control and sand control cycle reaches more than 200 days,with a good integrated effect of water control and sand control.
