PREPARATION OF PtCu NPs/2D-TiO2 CATALYST AND ITS CATALYTIC PERFORMANCE FOR HYDROGENATION OF NITROBENZENE
A platinum-copper alloy nanoparticle-supported titanium dioxide catalyst(PtCu NPs/2D-TiO2)was prepared using the synthesized dendritic platinum-copper alloy nanoparticles(PtCu NPs)and two-dimensional graphene-like titanium dioxide(2D-TiO2)as precursors. The successful prepara tion of PtCu NPs and 2D-TiO2 were confirmed by characterization methods such as X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and it was found that PtCu NPs with an aver-age particle size of about 80 nm were uniformly loaded on the 2D-TiO2 support. The hydrogenation performance of PtCu NPs/2D-TiO2 was investigated through the hydrogenation experiment of nitro-benzene.The resutt shows that when w(loading amount of PtCu NPs)=10%and the reaction tem-perature was 40℃,the conversion rate of nitrobenzene hydrogenation was 80.9%,the selectivity of the target product aniline was 76.9%.Moreover,the catalyst could still maintain the conversion rate of nitrobenzene hydrogenation and the selectivity of aniline at 77.9%and 74%,respectively,after be-ing recycled and reused 5 times.
