海上稠油油田"弱凝胶+驱油剂"交替调驱技术研究与应用

针对渤海稠油油田储层非均质性强、水窜严重、水驱开发效果差等问题,采用物模方法开展了"弱凝胶+驱油剂"交替调驱技术研究.结果表明,优选的弱凝胶质量配方为0.3%聚丙烯酰胺+0.35%交联剂+0.15%交联助剂,注入阻力系数2.875~8.000,封堵率88%~90%;优选驱油剂质量分数为0.1%~0.3%,降黏率97%~99%,可降低油水界面张力至9.128× 10 3 mN/m;"弱凝胶+驱油剂"交替调驱方式提采效果良好,采收率增幅达到17.3%.矿场应用后,井组含水率下降7.5%,增油4.8× 104 m3,降水增油效果明显.
RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF"WEAK GEL+OIL DISPLACEMENT AGENT"ALTERNATIVE PROFILE CONTROL AND FLOODING TECHNOLOGY IN OFFSHORE HEAVY OIL FIELDS
In view of the problems of strong reservoir heterogeneity,serious water channeling,and poor water flooding development effect in Bohai heavy oil field,the physical modeling method was used to carry out the research on"weak gel+oil displacement agent"alternative profile control and flooding technology.The results show that the optimized weak gel formula is 0.3%A+0.35%B+0.15%C,the injection resistance coefficient is 2.875-8.000,and the plugging rate is 88%-90%.The preferred oil displacement agent has a mass fraction of 0.1%-0.3%and a viscosity reduction rate of 97%-99%,it can reduce the oil and water interfacial tension to 9.128 × 10-3 mN/m The"weak gel+oil displacement agent"alternative profile control and flooding method has good oil recovery effect,with the recovery factor increasing by 17.3%.After the application in the mine field,the water con-tent of the well group decreased by 7.5%,the oil production increased by 4.8 × 104 cubic meters,and the effect of reducing water volume and increasing oil production was significant.
