APPLICATION RESEARCH OF FATTY ACID METHYL ESTER SODIUM SULFONTA IN LIQUID DETERGENT
The application effect of fatty acid methyl ester sodium sulfonate(MES)on liquid detergents was studied partially replacing the aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate(AES)and linear al-kyl benzene sulfonic acid(LAS)with equivalent amount of MES.The results indicate that when the proportion of MES replacing AES/LAS in liquid detergents exceeds 3％(mass fraction,the same be-low),the stability of the detergent system is affected and becomes turbid at low temperature.After replacing LAS with an equal amount of 2％MES in the laundry detergent,the cleaning power of pro-tein contaminated cloth(JB02)has a strong synergistic effect,increasing from 1.8 to 2.7.When 2％MES replaces an equivalent amount of LAS or AES in dishwashing detergent,the cleaning power can be enhanced from 1.2 to 1.4.MES replacement of LAS in equal amount will improve the washing foam performance of liquid detergent.It can increase the foam amount by 15 mm in both tableware detergent and clothing detergent,and can be used in a small amount in liquid detergents.
