针对海上油田缺乏新型高效示踪剂的难题,通过加热回流法制备了油溶性量子点示踪剂,采用XRD、TEM、TGA等表征手段对材料进行结构分析,评价了不同条件下的荧光测试对示踪剂荧光性能.结果表明:油溶性量子点示踪剂具有典型CdSe半导体结构,呈纳米球形貌,能够耐180 ℃高温.该示踪剂在400~900 nm具有多谱色荧光特性,抗干扰能力强,寿命可达813 d.
SYNTHESIS AND TRACKING PERFORMANCE OF MULTI-COLOR OIL-SOLUBLE QUANTUM DOT TRACERS
In response to the lock of new and efficient tracers for offshore oilfields,this paper prepared oil-soluble quantum dot tracers by heating and refluxing method.The structural analysis of the pre-pared material was carried out using characterization methods such as XRD,TEM,TGA,etc.,and the fluorescence performance of the tracers was evaluated under different conditions.The results show that the oil-soluble quantum dot tracers have a typical CdSe semiconductor structure,with a nano spherical morphology,and can withstand high temperatures of 180℃.This tracer exhibits multispec-tral fluorescence characteristics in the range of 400-900 nm,with strong anti-interference ability,and a lifetime of up to 813 days.
