摘要

建立了共振光散射增强-双波长叠加法(ERLS-DWSM)测定对乙酰氨基苯酚含量的新方法,采用荧光分光光度计在pH值为2.40的B-R缓冲介质中,考察对乙酰氨基苯酚-结晶紫体系优化实验条件下对共振光散射强度的影响.实验结果表明:对乙酰氨基苯酚的质量浓度在0.05~0.40 mg/L范围内与散射强度(ΔIRLS)成线性关系,检出限为0.032 5 mg/L.所拟方法用于对乙酰氨基苯酚含量的测定与紫外分光光度法一致.

Abstract

A new method for the determination of acetaminophen by resonance light scattering enhancement-dual wavelength superposition method(ERLS-DWSM)was established.The effect of the optimized experi-mental conditions of acetaminophen-crystalline violet system on the intensity of resonance light scattering was investigated using a fluorescence spectrophotometer in pH 2.40 B-R buffer medium.The experimental results showed that the concentration of acetaminophen was linearly related to the scattering intensity(ΔIRLS)within the range of 0.05-0.40 mg/L,with a detection limit of 0.032 5 mg/L.The current method is consistent with the UV spectrophotometry for the determination of acetaminophen content.
