致密油水平井用高效封堵油基钻井液体系的研制与应用

摘要
油气勘探开发逐步向深层、非常规等油气藏发展,在辽河致密油等非常规油气资源开发中,面临大段泥页岩井壁坍塌、超长水平段岩屑携带困难、摩阻大等难题.本研究构建了高效封堵油基钻井液体系,该体系的微纳米封堵性、抑制性、抗温性和抗污染性能均满足现场施工要求,可有效解决微裂缝普遍发育地层井壁失稳、垮塌及携岩等难题.在辽河重点风险探井钻探现场应用表明,该体系表现出良好的封堵和防塌能力,低温稳定性较好,为非常规致密油地层钻探提速和规模开发发挥了至关重要的作用.
Abstract
Oil and gas exploration is gradually developing to deep and unconventional oil and gas reservoirs.In the exploration of unconventional oil and gas resources such as Liaohe tight oil,there are many problems,such as the collapse of shale wall in large sections,the difficulty of carrying cuttings in ultra-long horizontal sections,and the great friction.Therefore,oil-based drilling fluid technology with excellent high-temperature resistance,strong inhibition and anti-pollution properties is widely applied.Through technical research,an ef-ficient plugging oil-based drilling fluid system was constructed.The evaluation and application results show that the micro-nano plugging,inhibition,temperature resistance and anti-pollution properties of the system all met the requirements of field construction,and could effectively solve the problems of wellbore instability,col-lapse and cuttings carrying in strata with common micro-fractures.The application in Liaohe key risk explora-tion wells show that the system has good plugging and anti-collapse ability,which plays a vital role in realizing the speed up and scale development of tight oil strata drilling.
