聚合物型钻井液降滤失剂的合成及其性能研究

以N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAM)、顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为改性单体,与丙烯酰胺(AM)聚合,采用水溶液聚合法合成了P(AM/DMAM/DMDAAC/MA)四元共聚物钻井液降滤失剂,研究了pH、单体用量、聚合时间等因素对聚合物降滤失性能的影响.结果表明:聚合反应温度为55℃、反应时间为3 h、AM/DMAM/DMDAAC/MA单体质量比为7∶2∶2∶0.5、引发剂质量分数为0.5%时,得到的四元共聚物黏均分子量为3.98×106;当温度达到 180℃、四元共聚物在基浆中的加量为0.5%时,滤失量保持在 7.8 mL,符合SY/T 5621-93的API 滤失量标准.
Synthesis and properties of polymer filtration reducer for drilling fluid
In this paper,Copolymer P(AM/DMAM/DMDAAC/MA)was synthesized by aqueous solution po-lymerization of N,N-dimethylacrylamide(DMAM),maleic anhydride(MA)and dimethyldiallylammonium chloride(DMDAAC)with acrylamide as modified monomers.The influence of pH,monomer dosage and po-lymerization time on the filtration loss reduction performance of polymer was studied.Results showed that when the reaction temperature was 55℃,the reaction time was 3 h,the monomer ratio of AM/DMAM/DMDAAC/MA was 7∶2∶2∶0.5,the mass fraction of the monomer was 0.5%.When the temperature reached 180℃,the addition of the quaternary copolymer in the base slurry was 0.5%,the filtration loss of P(AM/DMAM/DMDAAC/MA)copolymer remained at 7.8 mL in fresh water slurry.The filtration rate of quaternary copolymer in fresh water was lower than that of low viscosity CMC in fresh water,in line with SY/T 5621-93 API filtration rate standard.
