提高碳四综合利用装置中异丁烷产量的措施

中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司碳四综合利用装置以炼油厂碳四为原料,充分利用全厂碳四资源,生产高纯度异丁烷,同时副产烯烃和正丁烷.受原料影响,装置新增正丁烷异构化单元,异丁烷产量达到53 t/h,仍不能满足需求.研究发现:成品塔运行工况严重制约异丁烷产量提升,从优化原料配比、降低异丁烷损耗、提高正丁烷异构收率等方面提出相应解决措施,增产异丁烷5.5 t/h.此外,在异构化单元稳定塔后新增粗异丁烷塔,可增产异丁烷至65 t/h,能够满足市场需求.
Abstract
The liquefied petroleum gas comprehensive utilization unit of Sinopec Jinling Branch uses refinery liquid petroleum gas as raw material to produce high-purity isobutene,besides,it also produces olefins and n-butane as by-products,fully utilizing the liquid petroleum gas.Due to the influence of raw materials,a new n-butane isomerization unit was added to the device.After the renovation,the isobutane production reached 53 t/h,but it still cannot meet the demand.We focus on analyzing the influencing factors of isobutane production and find that the operating condition of the product tower seriously restrict the increase of isobutane produc-tion.Corresponding solutions were proposed from optimizing the raw material ratio,reducing isobutane loss,and improving the yield of n-butane isomerization to increase isobutane production by 5.5 t/h.Meanwhile,it was recommended to add a distillation tower after the isomerization unit stabilizing tower,which could in-crease isobutane production to 65 t/h and met the market demand.
