Research on a compound fungicide and its application in offshore pipelines
In order to solve the problem that the sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB)in offshore oil pipelines have strong drug resistance, resulting in high hydrogen sulfide content in the pipelines, combined with the op-erating conditions of the pipelines, tetrahydroxymethyl phosphosulfate(THPS),polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride(PHMG),and hydroxyethyl hexahydromestriazine were compounded, and the bactericidal per-formance and drug resistance of the compounded bactericide to sulfate-reducing bacteria were studied by ex-tinction dilution method. The results showed that when the mass ratio of THPS,PHMG,hydroxyethyl hexahy-drotriazine was 3∶2∶5,the bactericidal effect was optimal, and the bactericidal rate reached 98%at a mass concentration of 100 mg/L.After application in EP18-1 to EP24-2 offshore pipelines in the eastern oil fields of the South China Sea,the results showed that when the on-site weekly impact dosage was 200 mg/L,the SRB decreased from 150 L-1 to 0.6 L-1,and hydrogen sulfide decreased from 150 mg/L to about 20 mg/L,which could meet the technical requirements of on-site production.
