1t 液化天然气(LNG)气化过程中大约可释放230 kW·h的冷能,轻烃分离后的LNG,既可有效调整热值,也能统一天然气产品标准.从利用LNG冷能的角度出发,设计一种LNG轻烃分离工艺,对工艺进行敏感性分析,选用P-R热力学方程,运用HYSYS模拟软件对工艺进行模拟计算,原料LNG的进料量为342.5 t/h,回收得到的天然气、乙烷和液化石油气(LPG)产品的质量流量分别为271.16 t/h、46.79 t/h和24.55 t/h,工艺总功耗为446.67 kW,而且模拟计算体系的物流能够满足物料平衡.
LNG light hydrocarbon separation process design and analysis
1 t of LNG can release approximately 230 kW·h of cold energy,therefore from the perspective of utilizing LNG cold energy,a LNG light hydrocarbon separation process was designed.Sensitivity analysis was carried out for the process.P-R equation of state was selected as the thermodynamic equations,and simulation calculation was carried out for the process using the simulation software of HYSYS.The feed quantity of raw LNG was 342.5 t/h,the mass flow of recovered natural gas,ethane and LPG products were 271.16,46.79 and 24.55 t/h,respectively,and the total process power consumption was 446.67 kW.At the same time,it was de-termined that the logistics of the simulation calculation system met the material balance.
