摘要

义284区块位于济阳坳陷沾化凹陷渤南洼陷北部陡坡带,由于该区块地质构造复杂,定向过程中钻井液井壁稳定、井眼净化及润滑防卡技术难度大.通过优选处理剂,构建聚胺强抑制润滑防塌钻井液体系,该体系在义284区块8口井进行了现场应用,配合现场钻井液维护处理工艺,结果发现:钻进过程中井壁稳定,井眼净化效果好,定向顺畅,目的层井段平均井径扩大率为6.52%;与区块前期施工井相比,平均钻井周期降低8.41%,平均完井周期降低9.13%,平均机械钻速提高9.17%,达到了优快钻井的良好效果.

Abstract

Yi 284 oilfield was located to the northern steep slope zone of Bonan depression on Zhanhua de-pression in Jiyang depression.Due to the complex geological structure of the block,the drilling fluid technolo-gy including borehole stability,the wellbore purification,lubrication and anti-jamming were difficult.Through the optimal treatment agent,the polyamine drilling fluid system with strong inhibition and lubrication anti-col-lapse ability was constructed,and the system was applied on site in 8 wells in Yi 284 block,and combined with on-site drilling fluid maintenance and treatment technology,the wellbore wall was stable during the drill-ing process,the wellbore purification effect was good,and the directional flow was smooth.The average well-bore enlargement rate of the target layer was 6.52%.Compared with the pre construction wells in the block,the average drilling cycle was decreased by 8.41%,the average completion cycle was decreased by 9.13%,and the average mechanical drilling speed was increased by 9.17%.At last,the good effect of fast and optimal drill-ing was achieved.
