近井剪切对聚合物驱开发影响的评价与应用

近井地带剪切对聚合物驱溶液黏度有重要影响.本文通过室内实验明确不同注入强度和射孔密度条件下近井地带剪切对聚合物溶液黏度的影响规律,利用油藏数值模拟方法研究注入强度、转聚时机、段塞尺寸和聚合物浓度对开发效果的影响.结果表明:注入强度控制在10 m3/(d·m)以内对开发效果影响较小,综合含水率90%是聚合物驱的有利时机,段塞尺寸和聚合物浓度均与采收率提高幅度呈正相关关系.基于信息熵赋值法,建立近井地带剪切对聚合物驱开发效果的评价方法,确定段塞大小为0.6 PV,聚合物质量浓度为3.0×103 mg/L.现场应用结果表明:考虑近井地带剪切符合聚合物驱矿场实际,对聚合物驱方案编制具有一定的指导意义.
Evaluation and application of polymer flooding development effect considering shearing near wellbore
There are great effects of shearing near wellbore on the viscosity of polymer solution.The influence law of injection rate and perforation density on polymer solution viscosity is revealed with laboratory experiments.Based on the law,the influence of injection rate,time of polymer flooding,slug size and polymer concentration on the development effect was studied.Results showsed that there was little influence when the injection rate was less than 10 m3/(d·m),the water cut of 90%was a favorable opportunity for polymer flooding,the slug size and polymer concentration were positively correlated with enhanced oil recovery.Based on the information entropy method,an evaluation method for polymer flooding considering near wellbore shear was established and then it was determined that the slug size was 0.6 PV and the polymer concentration was 3.0×103 mg/L.The on-site application indicates that it is more realistic considering near wellbore shearing during polymer flooding which is significant for the preparation of plans.
