一种低温交联凝胶调剖体系的制备与评价

为有效抑制低温高含水油藏二元驱过程中出现过早突破,有效提升注入压力,增加聚合物二元复合驱的波及范围,提高二元驱油效果,以部分水解聚丙烯酰胺为主剂,自制有机-无机复合交联剂,通过评价促凝剂、聚合物浓度、交联剂浓度对成胶性能的影响,优化适合低温油藏的交联凝胶调剖体系.结果表明:交联凝胶调剖体系具有延迟交联效果,交联时间6~7 d,有利于深部调剖,成胶后,强度可达G级,黏度可达7 000 mPa·s,堵水率在95%以上.
Preparation and evaluation of a low temperature crosslinking gel profile control system
In order to effectively inhibit the premature breakthrough in the process of dual flooding in low tem-perature and high water cut reservoir,the injection pressure is effectively increased,the sweep range of poly-mer dual flooding is increased,and the effect of dual flooding is improved.With partially hydrolyzed polyacryl-amide as the main agent and homemade organic and inorganic composite crosslinking agent as the crosslinking agent,the crosslinking gel profile control system suitable for low temperature oil reservoir was optimized by evaluating the effects of coagulant,polymer concentration and crosslinking agent concentration on gel forma-tion properties.The result showed that the crosslinking gel profile control system had delayed crosslinking ef-fect,and the crosslinking time was 6-7 days,which was conducive to deep profile control.The strength after gluing could reach G,the viscosity could reach 7 000 mPa·s,and the water plugging rate was above 95%.
