采油用渗吸剂体系性能评价及现场应用

为满足中低渗油藏提高采收率的需求,江苏油田研发了一种以小分子量多头基非离子表面活性剂为主要原料的渗吸剂体系FD1,室内评价了其粒径、界面张力、润湿性、乳化作用和洗油率等性能,并通过静态渗吸实验测试了渗吸效率.结果表明:FD1平均粒径为7.5~15 nm,不同浓度渗吸剂可以将油水界面张力降至10-2~10-1 mN/m,FD1可使亲油石英片润湿反转为强亲水,与原油形成的乳状液稳定性较好,对油砂的洗油效率超过65%,且FD1耐温耐盐性良好,静态渗吸效率相较注入水可提升16%以上.现场试验表明:2口油井的吞吐试验效果显著,取得了较好的经济效益,具有一定的推广价值.
Performance evaluation and field application of imbibition system for oil recovery
In order to meet the demand of enhanced oil recovery in medium and low permeability reservoirs,Jiangsu oilfield developed an imbibition system FD1 with small molecular weight multi-head non-ionic surfac-tant as the main raw material.The particle size,interfacial tension,wettability,emulsification and oil-washing efficiency were evaluated in laboratory.The imbibition efficiency was tested by static imbibition experiment.The results showed that the average particle size of FD1 ranged from 7.5 to 15 nm,and the interfacial tension between oil and water could be reduced from 10-2 to 10-1 mN/m with different concentrations of imbibition agent.The imbibition agent FD1 could transform the wetting of oil-wet quartz sheet into a strong hydrophilic one,and form an emulsion with good stability with crude oil,and the oil washing efficiency of oil sand could reach more than 65%.Moreover,the imbibition agent had good temperature and salt resistance,and the static imbibition efficiency could be increased by more than 16%compared with water injection.The huff and puff test results of the two oil wells on site are remarkable,and better economic benefits have been achieved.
