改性纯丙乳液破乳剂的合成及应用

采用半连续乳液聚合法,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为聚合单体,丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为改性剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(DMAA)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为乳化剂,合成一种具有改善辽河油田稠油脱水效果的纯丙乳液破乳剂.研究乳化剂、引发剂对破乳剂脱水性能的影响以及交联剂对破乳剂性能的影响,并运用红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱、激光粒度分析仪和紫外分光光度计进行表征分析.通过实验确定合成破乳剂的最佳工艺条件:乳化剂质量分数(占单体总质量)为10%,引发剂质量分数为0.8%,交联剂质量分数为0.8%,在此条件下脱出污水含油率为47.50 mg/L,达到出矿污水的排放标准.
Synthesis and application of modified pure propyl emulsion demulsifier
Using semi-continuous emulsion polymerization,methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA)as the polymerization monomer,acrylic acid(AA)as the functional monomer,2-acrylamide-2-methyl-propanesulfonic acid(AMPS)as modifier,ammonium persulfate(APS)as initiator,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and alkylphenol ethoxylate(OP-10)as emulsifier,which synthesized an improved Liaohe oilfield heavy pure acrylic emulsion demulsifier for dehydration effect.The effects of emulsifier mass fraction,icross-linker mass fraction were studied,and characterized by infrared spectroscopy,gel permeation chromatogra-phy,laser particle size analyzer and UV spectrophotometer.The optimal synthesis conditions were obtained by experiment.When the mass fraction of emulsifier(accounting for total monomer mass)was 10%,mass frac-tion of initiator was 0.8%,and the mass fraction of the modifier was 0.8%,the oil content of the dewatered sewage was only 47.5 mg/L,which met the requirment of discharge standards for mine sewage.
