金属有机骨架(MOFs)材料是一类新型的有机-无机杂化材料,具有高可调性、性能稳定的优良特性.为深入了解MOFs膜在气体吸附、储存、药物递送和生化物质分离等生物医学及生物催化领域的应用情况,综合运用文献研究法、实例列举法和归纳总结法等方法对现有研究成果进行分析和梳理.研究发现:MOFs膜是一种较为优良的载体形式,具有分离便捷、制备简单、设计可控性好等优点;MOFs膜材料在气体分离、储存、吸附以及酶的固定化领域有着重要的应用,具备良好的应用前景,但也存在合成成本高、性能评估困难等难题.
Preparation and application progress of MOFs membranes
Metal organic framework(MOFs)is a new kind of organic-inorganic hybrid material with highly tunable and stable properties.To understand the application of MOFs membranes in biomedicine and biocataly-sis,such as gas adsorption,storage,drug delivery and separation of biochemical substances,this paper com-prehensively introduced bibliographic retrieval,exemplification,generalization and summarization and other methods to analyze and sort out the existing research results.Results showed that MOFs membranes was an ex-cellent carrier status,which had the advantages of convenient separation,simple preparation and good control-lability of design.MOFs membranes materials had important applications in gas separation analysis,storage and adsorption domains,and enzyme immobilization,but there were also some practical problems such as dif-ficult performance evaluation and high synthesis cost that needed to be solved.
