Measurement and Spatial Effect Analysis of Regional Equalization for Public Library Services in China
Regional equalization of public library services is a precise requirement for safeguarding citizens'basic cul-tural rights,promoting good cultural governance,and building a harmonious socialist society.On the basis of the measurement and spatial characterization of regional equalization of public library services in China,the spatial interaction and spatial effects are studied.The study shows that the regional equalization of public li-brary services in China shows significant spatial correlation,and there is a significant spatial spillover effect.The direct contribution of the influencing factors is as follows:population agglomeration＞market develop-ment＞cultural industry development＞regional compensation policy＞quality of life of residents,and the spillover effect on other regions is as follows:cultural importance＞quality of life of residents＞regional com-pensation policy＞cultural industry development＞education investment＞population agglomeration.The article combines the analysis of regional equalization measurement and spatial pattern evolution of China's public library services with the analysis of spillover effects to promote the evolution of China's public library services towards high-quality equalization.
