The Practice of Digital Inclusive Services in Japanese Public Libraries and Its Inspiration for China
The development of digital inclusion services in public libraries is one of the important practical ways to solve the problem of the digital divide.Social inclusion can be effectively promoted by advancing digital in-clusion services in public libraries.This paper uses the literature analysis method to collect and analyze the digital inclusion promotion services made by public libraries in Japan in recent years,and sorts out the regu-lations,policies,guided practices of the library industry and the exploration of the library's own special servic-es.Discover the effectiveness of the country's efforts to advance digital inclusion of libraries from macro to mi-cro.At the same time,this paper looks forward to the development path of China's library digital inclusion services in supplementing regulations policies,giving play to the guiding role of the industry,and exploring characteristic services.
