Research on the Innovative Path of Cultural Exchange Among"Belt and Road"Countries Based on the Construction of Library Alliance
By means of network research,taking 8 library alliances,including"Shanghai Window"library alliance,U21 library alliance and China-Arabs states library alliance as the main research objects,this paper analyz-es the construction status of the"Belt and Road"library alliance from the nature of the alliance,the time of its establishment,the place of its establishment,the type and number of members at the beginning of the alli-ance,the signing of the alliance agreement,the content and form of alliance cooperation,and the progress of alliance cooperation and exchange.At present,the construction of domestic"Belt and Road"library alliance has achieved certain results,but there are still single alliance types and limited cooperation coverage;lack of complete and systematic overall planning;lack of innovative breakthroughs in cooperation content;the cooperation progress is not steady and sustained enough;the construction of professional personnel team is not perfect;the co-construction and sharing of digital resources are relatively backward;scientific research cooperation and academic exchanges need to be strengthened.It puts forward innovative paths such as ex-panding cooperation coverage,deepening alliance cooperation mechanism,innovating alliance cooperation content,sharing academic research results,and promoting digital resource sharing.
