摘要
探索城乡公共阅读设施数智化建设,有助于推动图书馆服务均等化、解决服务最后一公里瓶颈和加速基层智慧图书馆发展.在分析智慧图书馆现有理论与实践的基础上,详细论述台州市图书馆在建设"和合e书吧"过程中的有关合作方式、资源配置、场景打造、技术应用等方面内容,并结合思考就其进一步发展提出建议:构建事权明细的支撑体系、打造多元协同的特色场景、塑造富有特色的服务业态、探索充满张力的布局路径.
Abstract
Exploring the digital intelligence construction of urban and rural public reading facilities can help promote the equalisation of library services,solve the bottleneck of the last kilometre of service and accelerate the de-velopment of grassroots smart libraries.Based on analysing the existing theories and practices of smart librar-ies,this paper discusses in detail the cooperation methods,resource allocation,scenario creation,technology application and other aspects of Taizhou library in the process of constructing"Hehe e-Reading Bar",and puts forward some suggestions on its further development based on thinking:constructing a support system with clear authority,creating a featured scenario of multi-dimensional synergy,shaping a distinctive service mode,and exploring the layout path full of tensions.
