摘要
采用问卷调查、文献调查和网络调查相结合的方法,对"互联网+"环境下我国全民阅读生态系统的现状展开调查与分析.当前我国全民阅读生态系统稳步发展,但与发达国家相比,在全民阅读环境与基础设施、公共阅读资源、阅读推广、全民阅读氛围等方面仍然存在短板.基于此,提出全民阅读生态系统发展路径:政府机构主导,统筹推进全民阅读工作;汇聚社会力量,全力打造全民阅读空间;多方协同合作,共建共享全民阅读资源;注重数字阅读,创新阅读推广服务模式;构建长效机制,专业化推进阅读推广工作;组建区域联盟,提升阅读推广服务效能.
Abstract
By using the methods of questionnaire investigation,literature survey and network survey,this paper investi-gates and analyzes the current situation of Chinese national reading ecosystem under the"internet plus"envi-ronment.The current national reading ecosystem in China is steadily developing,but it compares with the de-veloped countries,there are still shortcomings in the areas of national reading environment and infrastruc-ture,public reading resources,reading promotion,and public reading mood.Based on this,the paper propos-es the development path of the national reading ecosystem:leading by government agencies to coordinate and promote the work of national reading;gathering social forces and making every effort to build more national reading spaces;collaborative cooperation among multiparty to jointly build and share national reading re-sources;emphasizing digital reading and innovating reading promotion service models;creating a long-term mechanism and professionally promoting reading promotion;establishing regional alliances to enhance the effectiveness of reading promotion services.
