公共图书馆未成年人延伸服务对儿童友好城市建设的思考

摘要
在对国内外"儿童友好城市"建设调研基础上,探讨未成年人延伸服务在儿童友好城市建设过程中可发挥的作用.通过对国内外公共图书馆未成年人延伸服务的特点概括与梳理,围绕儿童友好城市建设的四大基本原则,提出加强公共服务政策顶层设计、构建公共文化服务合作体系、开创图书馆服务新模式和加强公共文化服务领域的国际交流与合作等公共图书馆助力儿童友好城市建设的建议.
Abstract
Based on the research on the construction of"child-friendly cities"at home and abroad,this paper discuss-es the role that library extension services for minors can play in the process of building child-friendly cities.By summarizing and sorting out the characteristics of extension services for minors in public libraries at home and abroad,and focusing on the four basic principles of child-friendly city building,it proposes some suggestions for public libraries to assist in the construction of child-friendly cities,that is enhancing the top-level design of public service policies,constructing a cooperation system for public cultural services,creat-ing new models of library services,and strengthening international exchanges and cooperation in the field of public cultural services.
