Evolution and Advancement:A Study on the Elements Deconstruction and Benefits of Reading Promotion of Internet Celebrities in Public Libraries From the Perspective of Behavioral Subjects
Under the complex cross-influence of culture,technology,public opinion and economy,"Internet celebrity"public libraries came into being.Using"Internet celebrity"thinking,they actively meet the public's multi-space needs for libraries,and construct a new reading interaction model that integrates eyeball effect and economies of scale.In order to explore the influence of"Internet celebrity elements"and extract the success-ful experience of Internet celebrity public libraries in carrying out reading promotion activities,this paper identifies and analyzes the structure and input-output benefits of public libraries'reading promotion ele-ments.First,based on activity theory and reading life cycle,this paper obtains the structure of benefit ele-ments of three kinds of actors in public library reading promotion activities,namely,government,public li-brary and readers,and forms an effectiveness evaluation model of public library reading promotion activities.Secondly,combining the triangular fuzzy method to determine the index weight,the effectiveness evaluation index of public library reading promotion activities(LRP)is obtained.Finally,based on the BCC model of data envelopment analysis,the input-output benefits of three kinds of actors in reading promotion activities of 5 popular public libraries(DMUi)and 5 ordinary public libraries(DMUg)were compared and analyzed.The empirical results show that the"net celebrity"attribute has a positive effect on the reading promotion ef-ficiency of public libraries to a certain extent,especially in enlarging the network influence and enhancing the participation and satisfaction of readers.In addition,the government of DMUi pays more attention to the construction of reading evaluation index system,DMUi pays more attention to the investment in the construc-tion of reading promotion,and DMUi and DMUg are ignoring the problem of readers'main body.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions from the aspects of establishing the local social index system of books,return-ing to the driving value of readers'cultural subjects,and creating a"new ecology"of UGC2.0 reading promo-tion,in order to help the general library reading promotion activities become"network red"and enlarge the benefit and influence of reading.
