摘要
在了解国内高校外阅读推广组织模式基础上,调查了广东省10所高校阅读推广组织模式并进行逐项对比分析,对不同阅读推广组织框架进行梳理,归纳出管理组织、活动组织和合作组织3种组织模式,提出高校图书馆阅读推广组织模式的合理化建议:构建垂直化的管理组织、矩阵化与模块化相结合的活动开展组织及扁平化的合作组织网络.在此基础上,推动校阅读推广指导部门建立、丰富活动主题内容扩展活动形式、完善阅读推广合作机制并构建紧密的合作网络,提升高校阅读推广活动的影响力.
Abstract
On the basis of understanding the organizational models of reading promotion in domestic and foreign universities,a survey was conducted on 10 reading promotion organizational models in Guangdong Province,and a comparative analysis was carried out item by item.Different reading promotion organizational frameworks were sorted out,and three organizational models were summarized:management organization,activity organization,and cooperative organization.Reasonable suggestions for the organizational model of reading promotion in university libraries were proposed:building a vertical management organization,a combination of matrix and modular activity organization,and a flat cooperative organizational network.On this basis,we will promote the establishment of the school's reading promotion guidance department,enrich the theme content of activities,expand the forms of activities,improve the reading promotion cooperation mechanism,and build a close cooperation network to enhance the influence of university reading promotion activities.
