Research on Interactive Shared Reading Based on College Students'Mental Health:Taking the Reading and Sharing Activity of Nanjing University of Finance & Economics Library as an Example
Through the sharing of interactive reading therapy cases using books as a therapeutic tool in the library of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics,this paper explores the practice and empirical research of in-teractive reading therapy in university libraries,constructs an interactive co reading model,analyzes interac-tive co reading cases,explores new paths for the integration of reading therapy and mental health education,and aims to expand the new field of promoting mental health among college students.
