Investigation and Research on the Organization of"Double First-Class"University Library
The optimal setting of university library organization is an important guarantee for enhancing library service ability.By means of network research,taking 42"double first-class"university libraries released by the Ministry of Education in the first round as the main research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of the"double first-class"university library organization from the aspects of the number of organizations,the distribution of departments and offices,the distribution of organization names,the type of organization struc-ture and the attached institutions.The research finds that the current organizational structure of"double first-class"university libraries presents the characteristics of"diversification of organizational structure types,optimization and upgrading of organizational structure Settings,and addition of innovative depart-ments with The Times".According to the present situation of the organizational structure of university librar-ies,this paper puts forward several suggestions for improvement:Pay attention to the overall planning of the organization and optimize the type of organizational structure;In line with the development requirements of The Times,regular optimization and adjustment of institutional Settings;Assess progress regularly,to achieve organizational function innovation.
