In the context of the digital intelligence age,short videos have become an important way for public library services,and improving the quality of short video services in public libraries has become an inherent re-quirement for the high-quality development of public cultural services.Based on the background of the digi-tal intelligence age,this paper combines the theory of value co-creation to conduct research on public li-brary short video services.Based on the analysis of the current research status of value co-creation in public library services,it points out the application significance of value co-creation in public library short video services,proposes an implementation path for the value co-creation of public library short video services from three aspects:platform aggregation,operational design,and service transformation,and points out the development direction of value co-creation of public library short video services,which aims to combine the development and innovation of public library short video service theory in the digital intelligence age,and promotes the high-quality development of public cultural services under the background of the cultural pow-er strategy.
