Large-scale agricultural management can improve the efficiency of agricultural production and achieve agricultural modernization. The premise of large-scale management is farmland transfer, which is the equilibrium result of the game between buyers and sellers. This study analyzes the influencing factors of farmland transfer by constructing a complete but imperfect information sequential game econometric model. We randomly divide the data of 4579 rural households in the 2020 CFPS micro database into two parts.80%is used for empirical analysis, and the remaining 20%is used to test the accuracy of the model, which turns out to be 86.52%,higher than the binary logit model. The results show that the farmland transfer market is driven by buyers'interest, and factors such as household head, family, village characteristics and regional characteristics all have varying degrees of impact on it.Given this,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as guaranteeing income from cultivated land, raising rural social security levels, increasing transferable income, promoting non-agricultural employment of farmers, and improving the construction of basic rural transportation facilities.
