锑冶炼砷碱渣资源化利用及无害化处理研究现状

锑冶炼砷碱渣是粗锑精炼过程中产生的废渣,其中含有易溶于水的剧毒性砷酸钠,危害性大.目前,由于对砷碱渣资源化利用技术尚不成熟,我国已堆存了大量砷碱渣,极大地制约了锑冶炼行业的发展.本文对目前砷碱渣固废处理工艺现状进行了分析,对砷碱渣的主要处理方法进行了讨论.通过对比分析,认为对砷碱渣进一步处理而获得无毒且可作为半导体原料的金属砷是更为环保的研究方向.
Status of research on resource utilization and harmless treatment of arsenic-alkali residue in antimony smelting
Arsenic-alkali residue from antimony smelting is the waste residue produced in the refining process of crude antimony refining,which contains highly toxic sodium arsenate,which is easily soluble in water and highly toxic hazardous.Because of the immaturity of resource utilization technology,a large amount of arsenic-alkali residue has been stockpiled in China,which greatly restricts the development of antimony smelting industry.This paper analyzes the current status of arsenic alkali residue solid waste treatment process,and discusses the major treatment methods of arsenic alkali residue.Through comparative analysis,it is suggested that further treatment of arsenic-alkali residue to obtain non-toxic metal arsenic which can be used as semiconductor raw material is a more environmentally friendly research direction.
