基于激光测距的非接触式火车车轮踏面外径测量方法研究

针对马钢火车车轮成品检测线上对车轮外径测量存在的检测效率低和检测精度不足等问题,提出一种基于激光测距的非接触式车轮外径测量系统和方法.采用标定指针和标定环对四个激光器位置进行了标定,通过四个激光器测量数据和几何关系得出车轮踏面直径.该测量系统能够测量ϕ800~1300 mm的车轮,测量精度小于 0.5 mm,该方法也可应用于盘类零件外径的测量.
Research on Measurement Method for Outer Diameter of Non-Contact Train Wheel Tread based on Laser Ranging
Aiming at the problems of low detection efficiency and insufficient detection accuracy of wheel outer diameter meas-urement on the finished wheel inspection line of Masteel train,a non-contact wheel outer diameter measurement system and method based on laser ranging is proposed.The position of the four lasers is calibrated by calibration pointer and calibration ring,and the wheel tread diameter is obtained by measuring data and geometric relationship of the four lasers.The measuring system can measure wheels from ϕ800 mm toϕ1300 mm,with a measurement accuracy of less than 0.5 mm,and this method can also be applied to the measurement of the outer diameter of disc parts.
