复合激励下两种类型电动汽车的行驶平顺性分析

为对比分析不同路面激励与电机垂向电磁激振力共同作用下,集中电机驱动和轮毂电机驱动汽车行驶的平顺性,建立集中电机驱动和轮毂电机驱动的 1/2、4-DOF汽车模型;考虑汽车行驶时受到的多种路面激励和电磁垂向激振力作用,借助时域图和PSD方法,从时域和频域两方面仿真分析两种电动汽车驱动形式对汽车平顺性的影响规律.研究结论表明:轮毂电机驱动汽车的接地性与行驶平顺性相对较差,需进一步研究轮内电机悬置构型,以达到合理轻量化的要求.
Ride Comfort Analysis of Two Types of Electric Vehicles under Compound Excitations
In order to compare and analyze the ride comfort of vehicles driven by the centralized motor and in-wheel motor un-der the combined action of different road excitation and vertical electromagnetic excitation force of motor,the 1/2 and 4-DOF vehicle models driven by centralized motor and in-wheel motor are established.Considering a variety of road excitation and e-lectromagnetic vertical excitation forces,the influence laws of two driving forms of electric vehicles on vehicle ride comfort are simulated from time domain and frequency domain by using the time domain diagram and PSD method.The research results show that the grounding and ride comfort of the vehicle driven by the in-wheel motor are relatively poor,so it is necessary to further study the mounting configuration of the motor in the wheel to meet the requirements of reasonable lightweight.
