摘要

海上风电铸铁等机壳产品是海上风电机组的关键部件,其防腐保养对保障风电产品正常运行至关重要.该文重点针对海上风机设备喷涂盐分控制方法进行研究,通过盐分的关键影响因素的分析,得出在清洗、抛砂后进行盐分控制的关系要点,并制定一系列的控制改进措施,从而有效地降低了铸件表面的盐分含量.最后通过实践验证,形成了系统性的操作方法,为相关行业提供了一定的借鉴依据.

Abstract

Shell products such as cast iron for offshore wind power are the key components of offshore wind turbines.This arti-cle focuses on the study of salt control methods for spraying of offshore wind turbine equipment.By analyzing the key influen-cing factors of salt,the key points of salt control after cleaning and sand blasting are obtained,and a series of control and im-provement measures are formulated to effectively reduce the salt content on the surface of castings.Through the practice verifi-cation,a systematic operation method has been formed,which provides a certain reference basis for the related industries.
