泵是为生产体系反应物的输送过程提供动力的重要设备,它在生产体系平稳运行、设备成本控制以及能效充分利用方面具有关键作用.针对生产线输送泵选型存在的问题,通过科学的方法对流速、扬程、功率等涉及泵体和电动机的参数进行探讨,主要介绍了化工生产用输送泵的选型及应用,通过输送泵泵体选型及其实例计算结果给出了适合生产使用的输送泵选型依据.为生产线输送泵选型的准确判断提供了相关参考.
Abstract
The pump is important equipment that provides power for the transportation of reactants in the production system,and plays a crucial role in smooth operation of the production system,equipment cost control,and full utilization of energy ef-ficiency.In response to the problems in the selection of transportation pumps for production lines,scientific methods are used to explore the parameters related to pump body and motor,such as flow rate,head,and power.The selection and appli-cation of transportation pumps for chemical production are mainly introduced.Through selection of the transportation pump body and calculation results of the practical examples,the selection basis for transportation pumps suitable for pro-duction use is provided.It provides relevant references for accurate judgment of the selection of conveying pumps in the production lines.
