摘要

为了解决ZJ17D卷接机组因"多余"水松纸片造成的卷烟水松纸多层包裹质量缺陷问题,该文在综合分析了水松纸输送供给装置的工作原理、工艺流程基础上,指出了原有的水松纸片收集装置在工作时不能充分收集"多余"水松纸片的原因.为了减少因"多余"水松纸片卷入造成的卷烟质量缺陷频次,设计了水松纸片收集装置的控制系统及配套工作气路.该系统主要由PLC控制模块、信号采集处理模块、电磁阀、工作气路组成,改进后的水松纸片收集装置避免了设备运行过程中"多余"水松纸片进入组烟造成卷烟水松纸多层包裹质量缺陷问题,降低了质量缺陷产生的风险.

Abstract

In order to solve the quality problem of multilayer packing for tipping paper caused by the waste tipping paper sheeets of ZJ17D cigarette maker group,the working principle and process flow of the delivery and supply device of tipping pa-per are analyzed in this paper;then the reasons why the original suction device of tipping paper can not absorb"excess"tip-ping paper sheets are pointed out,the main reason is the working suction time sequence is wrong,and there is no matching control system and working gas path.In order to reduce the frequency of quality defects caused by the involvement of"excess"tipping paper sheeets in cigarettes,a control system and auxiliary working air circuit of tipping paper sheeets suction device are designed.The system is mainly composed of PLC control module,signal acquisition and processing,solenoid valve and work-ing gas path.The improved absorbing device avoids the problem of quality defects of multilayer packaging of cigarette paper caused by"excess"of the paper entering the cigarette group during the operation of the equipment;it reduces the risk of qual-ity defects.
