内燃机油环对活塞-缸套间流动与润滑油输送的控制

以某四冲程内燃机为研究对象展开研究,根据其油环和活塞结构特性、缸套表面润滑油分布建立油环流量平衡和力平衡方程.通过分析运行时润滑油的输送过程,以及油环上方环岸区域润滑油量的变化及其沿缸套自下而上的输送过程,得出如下结果:油环控制油环-缸套间润滑油的流动,使环岸区域在活塞向下行程时储存润滑油,并在活塞向上行程时将润滑油输送至活塞上止点,实现润滑油的输送,满足活塞在上止点的润滑要求.
Control of Oil-Control-Ring on the Piston-Cylinder Liner Oil Flow and its Transportation in the Internal Combustion Engines
To analyze the oil transport controlled by oil-control-ring,a 4-stroke internal combustion engine is investigated in this paper.Based on the structural characteristics of the oil-control-ring and the oil layout on the cylinder surface,the equa-tion of force balance and the lubricant oil flow equilibrium are established so as to study the oil transport process,the change of lubricating oil quantity in the ring bank area above the oil ring,and its bottom-up delivery process along the cylinder liner during operation.The result shows that the oil-control-ring governs the transport;Oil accumulates in the third land during the down-stroke while in the up-stroke,oil is transported to the top dead center to keep the piston be well lubricated around the top dead center.
