摘要

文章以提高赛车制动系统的稳定性为目标对制动系统进行了分析优化.首先,通过对赛车的现场调研,掌握了赛车的基本参数,并根据参数数据计算出了赛车制动力及分配系数.其次,通过MATLAB仿真模型得到同步附着系数,并以计算数据为依据设计了赛车的制动管路和制动盘.再次,利用CATIA软件绘制三维图,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对制动踏板及支撑底座进行了结构力学分析,进而验证了设计的制动踏板符合要求.最后,CARSIM仿真结果表明,此次优化设计提高了制动系统的稳定性,为后续学者开展相关研究提供了有力参考.

Abstract

In order to improve the stability of the racing car braking system,the braking system is analyzed and optimized in this article.Through the on-site investigation of the team,the basic parameters of the cars are mastered.Based on the data,the driving force and distribution coefficient of the car are calculated.The synchronous attachment coefficient is obtained through the MATLAB simulation model,and the brake line and brake disc of the racing car are designed based on the calcula-tion data.The CATIA software is used to draw a three-dimensional diagram,and then the structural mechanical analysis of the brake pedal and support base is performed through the ANSYS finite element analysis software so as to verify that the designed brake pedal meets the requirements.Finally,the CARSIM simulation results show that the optimized design improves the sta-bility of the braking system.
